“There are no bad markets, just bad strategies”
About
Through my experience as an investor and entrepreneur, I explore how capital allocation shapes wealth creation. My journey from managing my own family office to structuring sophisticated real estate deals has given me a unique perspective on navigating risk and opportunity. I focus on helping investors think differently, allocate smarter, and build long-term wealth.
my story
Growing up in Quito, Ecuador, in a family of entrepreneurs, I saw firsthand the power of resilience, adaptability, and financial security. My father, an Iranian immigrant, built Quito’s first fast-food chain, proving that with the right mindset, obstacles become opportunities. Watching him take risks and build from the ground up instilled in me an early drive to create, invest, and scale businesses.
I pursued my passion for entrepreneurship at Babson College, the world’s top school for entrepreneurial education. Unlike the traditional Ivy League-to-Wall Street path, Babson shaped my thinking as a builder, problem-solver, and capital allocator. Through real-world case studies and investments, I developed a deep understanding of finance, statistical modeling, and how markets evolve over time.
Rather than taking a corporate route, I founded Inca’s Treasure, an Andean grain company, which I successfully exited in 2019. That experience reinforced my understanding of what it takes to build, scale, and exit a business, but it also led me to an even bigger realization: the power of capital allocation. I shifted my focus to real estate and private investments, starting my own family office, A9, and managing my own capital.
Through A9, I began making strategic investments that caught the attention of other family offices, who wanted to co-invest alongside me. That demand led to the creation of Infinity⁹, a firm designed to bridge the gap between private capital and institutional-quality real estate opportunities.
Through years of structuring deals and navigating market cycles, I developed the Building Capital Framework—a structured approach to real estate allocation that prioritizes flexibility and risk management over rigid institutional models. My investment philosophy is rooted in challenging conventional wisdom, proving that success in real estate isn’t about how much capital you start with, but how strategically you allocate it.
